Dr. Crosby Wallace received his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from University of Texas , Masters in Public Health degree from the University of Texas  and his Doctor Of Optometry degree from the University of Houston (UHCO).

Dr. Wallace also completed an Externship at the Naval Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he provided primary and acute care for the men and women serving in our military. He was awarded a letter of commendation by the Navy’s Commanding officer for the excellent care he provided while at the Naval Medical Center.
